Prior to joining the Summit Metal Fabricators team in 2016, Ms. Barbone held several positions of increasing responsibility for a Fortune 100 company as a system analyst, a financial analyst, and a compensation analyst. At SMF she is currently responsible for company and project financial reporting, Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) reporting, accounts receivables, project billings, overseeing general administrative services and client relationship management.

His professional experience spans across the country and includes steel contracts ranging from less than one million to over twenty million dollars. Several of his projects have been recognized in publications and awarded with honors such as the AISC Ideas National Award, the ENR Best Projects Regional Award, the ENR Best of the Best National Award, and the Environmental Innovator of the Year Award.

Ryan Surette has over 10 years' experience in the steel industry as an Ironworker, Lead Ironworker and currently Field Operations Manager. Current responsibilities include overseeing field work operations, manpower scheduling, and project budget and progress tracking. Certified AWS welding inspector, SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, GTAW and PAC welding/cutting processes.
